Who is responsible

Alpha Elite App is the controller of personal data processed through the Alpha Elite Licensing portal and the Alpha Elite Robots client app.

What we collect and why

• Mentor account data (name, email, company, phone, sign-in credentials): to create and run your account and approve mentors. Basis: contract.
• Client records entered by mentors (name, email, notes) and licence details (robot, platform, trading account number, expiry): to issue and check licences. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Usage and security data (IP address, licence check attempts, activity logs, MetaTrader terminal info): to prevent fraud and abuse, rate-limit attempts and keep an audit trail. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Device access pass: a random code stored on your phone that shows the app has been paid for. We keep only a scrambled (hashed) version. Basis: contract.
• Payment confirmation (payment email, receipt reference and approval history): to verify bank transfers and historical payments, grant access and handle refunds. Basis: contract and legal obligations.

Licence keys are stored only in scrambled form and cannot be read back.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run the Service for us.
• Banks process new transfers under their own privacy notices. We receive proof of payment to confirm receipt; never send bank login credentials, PINs or passwords. PayPal and Paddle processed earlier purchases under their own privacy notices.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and licence data while the account or licence is active and for as long as needed for legal, accounting and security reasons, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including South Africa's POPIA), you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and complain to the Information Regulator. Email alphaeliteapppro@gmail.com to make a request. Account deletion is reviewed to protect active client licences and records that must be retained by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed keys, access controls and per-account permissions to protect personal data.

Cookies and storage

We use only essential browser storage: to keep mentors signed in, remember the light/dark theme, and hold the client app's access pass. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
