If you're not satisfied with your purchase from Alpha Elite App, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

For a bank transfer, email alphaeliteapppro@gmail.com with your payment reference. Alpha Elite App reviews the request and arranges approved bank-transfer refunds with you through support. Historical PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal. For an earlier Paddle purchase, you may also look up your order at paddle.net.

What happens after a refund

Once any refund is approved, including a partial refund, client app access bought with that payment ends on every phone it was used on. Chargebacks also lock access. A verified chargeback reversal restores payment access unless an approved refund still applies. Your separate mentor-issued robot licence is not automatically revoked.

Bank-transfer refunds and payment reversals, and historical PayPal refunds and chargebacks, are checked and app access is locked manually by Alpha Elite App; submitting a refund request does not itself change access. Paddle's refund policy continues to apply to earlier Paddle purchases.
