1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Alpha Elite App ("we", "us"), the seller and operator of the Alpha Elite Licensing mentor portal and the Alpha Elite Robots client app (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Approved mentors use the portal to issue and manage licence keys for Expert Advisors ("robots") for MetaTrader 4 and 5. Clients use the client app to unlock information about the robot linked to their licence key. The app does not trade on your phone; robots run inside MetaTrader on your own computer or VPS.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to enter a contract, and if you act for an organisation you must have authority to bind it. Keep your password and licence keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account or key. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Payments

Alpha Elite App sells one-time client app access for R600 by bank transfer. Use the bank details shown in the app, email proof of payment to alphaeliteapppro@gmail.com and submit your email and bank transaction reference in the app. Access remains locked until we verify R600 received in our bank account and approve it. Submitting proof or a reference does not itself unlock access. We may also grant complimentary access at our discretion. No further app payment is required to enter a valid mentor licence key. Historical PayPal purchases remain supported under the applicable PayPal terms. Earlier purchases processed by Paddle remain subject to the applicable Paddle buyer terms. 5. Licence to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You must not resell, share or redistribute licence keys or access, reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its licence checks or technical limits.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, including money laundering, market manipulation or breaching financial regulations that apply to you;
• send spam or use the Service to mislead others, including promising guaranteed trading profits;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or upload content you do not have the right to use;
• share, sell, publish or transfer licence keys or app access to anyone else;
• introduce malware, probe, scan or test the Service's vulnerabilities, scrape it, or interfere with its security, licence checks or other users;
• reverse engineer, copy or tamper with robots, the app or the portal;
• upload offensive, abusive, hateful or sexually explicit images or content;
• impersonate any person or give false account information.

We may remove content, suspend or revoke licences, or close accounts that break these rules, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors keep all rights in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. Robots remain the property of their owners.

8. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading forex and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your trading decisions are your own responsibility.

9. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, refunds or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Any approved refund, including a partial refund, ends the app access purchased with that payment. App access and mentor-issued robot licences are separate: a payment refund does not itself revoke the robot licence, but it prevents using the client app. Licence validity and renewal remain controlled by your mentor.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business sale or merger. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
